| Founding partners, Jim Morton and John Gettys, established the Morton and Gettys law firm in April, 2001. Michael Smith became a partner in January, 2007, Joshua Vann became a partner in January, 2009, and Elizabeth Smith Owen, became a partner in January, 2012. Additionally, Morton and Gettys is comprised of three associate attorneys: Richards McCrae, Walter Dusky, and Michael Hatch; and 10 support staff and paralegals. |
