Current Job Openings

We are currently recruiting for a PART-TIME OFFICE RUNNER working approximately 10-25 hours per week during our regular office hours of Monday – Friday, 9AM – 5PM.  This position is ideal for a college student, and we are accustomed to scheduling around student class schedules for this position.

Duties include

  • Transporting documents to and from various court offices, other attorneys’ offices, etc.
  • Transporting mail to and from the post office
  • Shopping for offices supplies and running other miscellaneous errands
  • Unpacking, sorting, and stocking office supplies
  • Maintaining a clean office environment including taking out trash, loading/unloading dishwasher, changing light bulbs, cleaning out the refrigerator, etc.
  • Copying, filing, and other light clerical duties
  • Back-up/fill-in receptionist duties

Requirements include

  • Reliable, personal transportation that can be used to run firm errands (mileage reimbursed at current IRS rates)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent people skills
  • Excellent problem solving skills
