Morton & Gettys is adding an in-office Personal Injury Paralegal to our team. We’re searching for an experienced paralegal with 2-3 years of PI or other litigation experience who enjoys staying organized, helping clients through difficult situations, and being part of a collaborative team. What You’ll Do

  • Help open and manage personal injury matters from intake through resolution
  • Communicate regularly with clients and provide case updates
  • Request, review, and organize medical records and billing information
  • Track deadlines, records requests, and case progress
  • Support litigation by coordinating filings, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation
  • Assist with settlement administration and file closing

What We’re Looking For

  • 2-3 years of paralegal experience in personal injury or other types of litigation
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent education and experience demonstrating the skills needed for the role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially when working with clients, attorneys, and other professionals
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • A team-oriented approach and commitment to outstanding client service
