Carroll, Pierce included in 2023 edition of Super Lawyers

ROCK HILL, SC – Congratulations to Bev Carroll and Nate Pierce, two Morton & Gettys attorneys highlighted in the new edition of Super Lawyers.

Carroll, a certified specialist in employment law, is listed in the national publication for the third consecutive year. For Pierce, 2023 is the second time he has been highlighted as a Rising Star. The Rising Star designation is reserved for attorneys under 40 or with less than 10 years’ legal practice experience.

A former South Carolina Bar president and long-time leader in the legal and Rock Hill communities, Carroll is an experienced business legal advisor who helps companies of all sizes with a wide range of issues.

She is licensed in North Carolina as well as South Carolina, standing ready to represent clients at all levels of state and federal courts in both states. She also is a certified mediator who helps parties resolve disputes out of court if they prefer.

A Rock Hill native, Pierce is a former president of the York County Bar. He and Carroll both are part of the Morton & Gettys Business & Corporate Law Team.
