ROCK HILL, SC – Two Morton & Gettys attorneys are included in the just-released 2022 edition of South Carolina Super Lawyers. Bev Carroll is honored as an employment law attorney, while Nate Pierce is on the Rising Stars list in business litigation.

A national rating service of the country’s outstanding attorneys, Super Lawyers evaluates nominees across 70 practice areas. Attorneys are assessed based on professional achievement and peer recognition.

A highly regarded attorney in Rock Hill and across the state, Carroll is appearing in Super Lawyers for the third time. She is a South Carolina Supreme Court Certified Specialist in Employment Labor Law. An experienced litigator and business consultant, Carroll works with businesses of all sizes on issues ranging from day-to-day operations to civil litigation defense.

She has long been a leader in the legal community. She is a former president of the South Carolina Bar. She also has served the Rock Hill community through leadership in several local organizations.

Pierce, too, is a leader in the legal community. He has served in every position on the executive board of the York County Bar Association, including as president.
