Joe Neal joins M&G Personal Injury Group
ROCK HILL, SOUTH CAROLINA – Joe Neal, an associate at Morton & Gettys since 2019, is expanding his practice and joining the M&G Personal Injury Group.
He, along with firm partner and veteran personal injury attorney Richards McCrae, can represent clients in a wide variety of cases. This includes medical malpractice, dog bites, car accidents, trucking accidents and wrongful death.
“I’ve seen first-hand the dedication and commitment Joe demonstrates to his clients, along with his determination to help make things right for those who were wronged. He’s a great fit in our Personal Injury Group,” McCrae said.
Joe is a native of South Carolina who joined Morton & Gettys shortly after graduating from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2019. A South Carolina native, Joe came to Morton & Gettys in 2019 after earning his juris doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law.
His practice at Morton & Gettys includes a broad range of civil litigation such as quiet titles, contract disputes, boundary disputes, mechanic’s liens, collection actions, property damage actions, and probate matters. He is licensed to practice in North Carolina as well as in South Carolina, allowing the Personal Injury Division to better-serve clients with issues that cross state lines.
