Womble joins Morton & Gettys real estate team
Trent Womble, an experienced attorney licensed in South Carolina and North Carolina, has joined the Morton & Gettys Real Estate Law Team.
Womble has years of experience helping clients in York County and beyond with residential and commercial real estate matters.
Before coming to Morton & Gettys, Womble managed the real estate practice of a Fort Mill law firm. He oversaw countless South Carolina and North Carolina closings, including reviews of title searches, surveys and files, and other essential documents.
Through his commercial real estate practice, he assists borrowers with refinances and purchases. He also represents private lenders and closes construction loans. Additionally, he has represented a regional homebuilder that was developing subdivisions in York County.
Womble is part of a skilled, experienced team of real estate attorneys at Morton & Gettys. They represent clients in a full array of commercial and residential real estate matters, from finance to closings. Their work ranges from a single home purchase or refinance for a family to commercial real estate development and management. The firm has assisted national builders from start to finish, from acquisition to sales.
Womble earned his juris doctor from the Campbell University School of Law, graduating cum laude. He has served as an adjunct professor at his alma mater since 2014 and works as a Bar exam advisor.
He earned his bachelor’s degree at the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill. He and his wife Jackie live in Fort Mill with their three young children. In his spare time, he enjoys coaching youth basketball.
