Bev Carroll again named by Super Lawyers in 2021
ROCK HILL, S.C. – Morton & Gettys is proud to announce that our own Bev Carroll has again been recognized for her professional excellence by Super Lawyers® for 2021.
This is her second year to receive the honor.
Bev is one of the most respected attorneys in the Rock Hill area and across the state, having served recently as president of the South Carolina Bar.
A skilled litigator, experienced business counselor and certified employment law specialist, Bev works with businesses of all sizes on a wide range of issues, from representing them during court appearances to advising them on day-to-day operations. In addition to representing clients with employment and labor issues, she also handles workers’ compensation cases and civil litigation defense.
She is also a certified mediator who can help parties resolve issues without a lengthy court case. She is licensed in all levels of state and federal courts in South Carolina and North Carolina.
Bev is a graduate of Winthrop University, and received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law
The Super Lawyers selection process starts with peer nominations, followed by independent research that assesses lawyers in 12 areas. Evaluations from colleagues in the same practice areas also are included.
