Ashley Worrell joins Clover LEAF board

ROCK HILL, SC – Ashley Worrell, an attorney at Morton & Gettys, has been elected to the Clover LEAF Board of Directors.

The organization, formally known as the Clover Leaders for Educational Advancement Foundation, is a nonprofit that supports teachers and students in the Clover School District in York County. Founded in 1986, it has provided more than $150,000 in grants to teachers. The grants support innovative projects in the classroom and in the school community.

Ashley and her husband, Joe, live in the district with their twins.

An experienced attorney who’s been with Morton & Gettys for almost four years, Ashley focuses her practice on commercial real estate and corporate law. She assists clients in every phase of development projects. She also assists commercial clients with purchases and refinances and assists homebuilders with residential developments.

Over the course of her career, Ashley has closed hundreds of purchases and refinance transactions. She is licensed in North Carolina and Georgia as well as in South Carolina in order to better assist clients with business needs in multiple states.

As part of a varied skillset that lets clients rely on her for everything from negotiations to transactional details, Ashley also is part of the Morton & Gettys Business and Corporate Law Team. She counsels clients on real estate and corporate matters providing clients with comprehensive solutions to business issues.
