Morton & Gettys welcomes attorney Heath Myers

ROCK HILL, SOUTH CAROLINA – Heath Myers, a Rock Hill native and graduate of the University of South Carolina, has joined Morton & Gettys as an associate.

He joins certified estate planning specialist Joe Raad and firm co-founder John Gettys on the Morton & Gettys probate administration and litigation team. The attorneys in the practice area help clients of all wealth levels and estate sizes with everything from straight-forward wills to estate administration. They also offer estate planning services that can help secure assets and protect financial futures.

Heath is licensed in North Carolina and South Carolina to better-serve Morton & Gettys clients. His practice also will include residential real estate.

Prior to returning to Rock Hill, Heath practiced for three years at a North Augusta law firm, focusing on estate planning, probate law, business formation, and real estate. He served as a summer associate at that same firm while pursuing his juris doctor at the Campbell University Norman A. Wiggins School of Law.

He also served two internships after and during his undergraduate studies at the University of South Carolina, one at a Columbia law firm and the other in the South Carolina 5th Congressional District office in Rock Hill.
