EEOC opens data collection

After delays due to the COVID pandemic, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission opened 2019 and 2020 data collection on May 8. The deadline to complete this is July 19.

All companies with 100 or more employees or federal contractors with 50 or more employees who meet certain criteria are required to submit demographic workforce data. This includes race/ethnicity, sex and job categories.
