Senior Paralegal Jill Kimbrell has been with Morton & Gettys since 2002, joining the firm shortly after she graduated from Winthrop University with a bachelor’s degree in business management.

She works as a real estate paralegal, preparing closing documentation, reviewing title reports and ensuring that proper documentation is filed with the North and South Carolina Secretaries of State. She also prepares legal descriptions in preparation for closing, and monitors financial transactions along the way. Additionally, she prepares post-closing documentation, including title insurance policies. Throughout the entire process, she facilitates communications between attorneys, lenders and clients to help ensure that the transaction is completed as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

Jill has lived in Rock Hill her entire life. She is married, with a son and daughter.
