Six from Morton & Gettys included in 2024 edition of Best Lawyers
ROCK HILL, SC – Morton & Gettys has another impressive showing in Best Lawyers in America, with six attorneys earning honors across a diverse range of practice areas in the 2024 edition of the national guide and its companion piece, Best Lawyers: One to Watch.
This continues Morton & Gettys’ long history of success in the peer-reviewed publication. Joe Raad has been listed in the guide for more than a decade, while John Gettys and Josh Vann have been included in six consecutive editions.
Three of the recognized attorneys were listed in multiple practice areas, with many of the firm’s honors coming for its work in real estate law, trust and estates, and litigation.
The attorneys were honored in the following areas:
- Daniel Ballou: Commercial Litigation, Litigation – Construction, and Litigation – Real Estate.
- Beverly A. Carroll: Employment Law – Management, and Litigation – Labor and Employment.
- John P. Gettys, Jr.: Real Estate Law and Trusts and Estates.
- Joseph L. Raad: Trusts and Estates.
- Joshua B. Vann: Real Estate Law.
- Heath Myers: Real Estate Law, Ones to Watch.
Morton & Gettys also was highlighted in Best Law Firms in America from 2016 to 2023. In order to qualify for inclusion in Best Law Firms, at least one of a firm’s attorneys must be listed in Best Lawyers. The 2024 edition of Best Law Firms will be released in November.
