Attorneys
A graduate of the University of South Carolina Joseph F. Rice School of Law, Frosini Kiaris’ practice at Morton & Gettys includes employment law matters such as agreements and contracts, litigation, and employment policy consulting.
She is also a member of the Morton & Gettys Business & Corporate Law Team, which is ready to assist clients with business entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, buy/sell agreements, succession planning, and other business contracts.
She currently is licensed in North Carolina, and her South Carolina license is pending.
During law school, Frosini served as a judicial extern to the Hon. J. Michelle Childs of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. Frosini also served as Articles Editor for the ABA Real Property, Trust and Estate Journal, the Associate Justice of Internal Competitions for the Moot Court Bar, a research assistant to Professor S. Alan Medlin, and a law clerk for the South Carolina Senate Judiciary Committee.
Frosini earned her bachelor’s degrees in political science and history from the University of South Carolina Honors College, where she graduated summa cum laude. She is also fluent in Greek.
Outside of the office, Frosini enjoys traveling, working out, and spending time with her friends and family.
